Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We may request photos or additional information to assess the damage or defect.

If it is confirmed that the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that refunds are not permitted and will not be issued under any circumstances.

Important: Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
